Tips for installating windows 7 operation system

My mom is <a href=http://www.windows7serialkey.com/>; Windows 7 Ultimate</a> buying herself a new pc today and asked me to borrow one of my firm's licensed original windows 7 install discs for the store to install her the OS while they're at it. Since <a href=http://www.office2010key.us/>; Office 2010 Key</a> I do have checkups at the firm every now and then, I'm worried what might happen if someone from the store steals the cd key. Can it be used without the proper disc or with other discs, can it be used unlimited amount of times, will it get blacklisted/blocked or something? <a href=http://www.office2007-key.us/>; Office 2007 Enterprise</a> Thanks!
